    GH3044 is a solid solution strengthened nickel based oxidation resistant alloy with high plasticity and moderate thermal strength below 900 ℃. It also has excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing components, insulation screens, and guide vanes of the main combustion chamber and afterburner of aircraft engines that work for a long time below 900 ℃. The supplied varieties include plates, strips, wires, pipes, rods, and annular parts.

    After solid solution at 1200 ℃, it is basically single-phase austenite and a small amount of MC and M23C6 type carbides. After long-term aging at 700-900 ℃. There is little change in MC, and M23C6 is distributed in a chain like manner at grain boundaries. With the increase of aging time, the precipitation amount increases and the particles grow; At the same time, WCr solid solutions are added and precipitated within the grain and at the grain boundaries, appearing in granular form. With the extension of aging time, the quantity gradually increases and the size continues to grow. According to relevant technical standards, the grain size of cold rolled sheet in supply state should be within the range of 4-8 levels.
